I have graduated with a degree from Cleveland institute of electronics in 2007 and 2009. They have recently shut down. There is no information how to obtain transcripts. I would like to get my transcripts of my two degrees. No information has been provided on their website how to get transcripts.Initial Complaint

I contracted with CIE for an online course in computer technology. CIE stopped responding to my inquires by phone, email, facebook. I want a refund as I didn't even get a change to login to their site. No chance was given to even start the course.Initial Complaint

I was enrolled and fully paid in electronics program also paid ahead for tests and tools. School shit down out of the blue and id like some if not most of my tuition back. I have been trying to contact CIE (Cleveland Institute of Electronics for the past 3-4 months about changing my mailing address. I've tried using their website to change it, with no avail. I've left them voicemails to call me back and haven't gotten any call backs from them. This is effecting my job advancement due to them not being proactive in getting a hold of me through calling or even emailing me about how they can change my address.Initial Complaint

I have made repeated attempts to contact the school via phone and email to get my transcript and no one will return my calls or email. I actually got a person to answer one day and they never got back to me. I have left multiple messages in multiple voicemail boxes, sent inquiries to admissions, even emailed the Dean and zero response. I am applying for a Master’s program and can’t do so without my transcript. Please help.Business response

We're happy to report that this case has been resolved. We reached out to ***** ********** and explained to him the moving/rearranging situation at Cleveland Institute of Electronics which caused the delay of responding back to him.
His transcript request was handled, emailed and also mailed as he has requested.

I am currently enrolled at the school in the electronics technician program. I have completed more than 50% of the course. The school has not sent the additional course materials I need to complete the program. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone. The accounting department said that a shipment was requested on 5/18 but never sent. They said the shipping department would contact me to explain why but has not done so. I have since tried contacting multiple email addresses, left voicemails on instructor support line and have had no contact. I have been consistently been making on time monthly payments. I would like the remainder of my course materials sent otherwise have the remaining balance on my account cancelled off and I will enroll into another school.
