              We had a great experience working with **** and **** at Austin Roof Specialists. This is actually the second roof they have done for us. They are very easy to work with at every step of the process from initial estimates through finish out. And when it came to our insurance company, they were tireless advocates, going back and forth with the adjuster and inspector several times to make sure everything was properly accounted for in the claim payout. We ended up getting 2 supplemental reimbursement checks because of their diligence!Their roofing crew also did a fantastic job. Not only does the roof look great, they did a good job with cleanup afterward. It was quick too. We have a rather large 1-story with several complex roof features as well as a 2-story outbuilding. It took less than two days from tear down to finish for everything. We highly recommend Austin Roof Specialists--and have to several family members and neighbors--and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
