            My kitchen drain was slow, so I contacted Roto Rooter plumbing to fix the problem (ticket #********), the technician whose name is **** came to my house yesterday 02/19/2023 afternoon, not only he made problem worse but also created new issues. The pipe is completely clogged now with new leaking at three places. He broke my under sink pipes and waste disposal connections on the day he came, asked me to change to new pipes and a new waste disposal. He came back again today on 02/20/2023 to install the new pipes and waste disposal, then the whole system got messed up and leaking at the pipe connections that he installed. He refused to fix the problem and left my house, we paid him 50% yesterday and agreed to pay another 50% after completing of the work, but with all these issues we decided not to pay the rest 50%, he threaten me to call collecting company to get him paid, my wife called their customer ********************** but no one is willing to help until the next day knowing our kitchen sink is completely out of order because of their work. This is my WORST experience I had in whole my life.

            Called RR, they discovered we had a blockage in our plumbing, causing the water to back up in our shower. Charged us $450 to clear it, next thing we know some other person is in our house assessing the damage. Told us that the water was sewage water & that everything in our house was contaminated. They said they would definitely have to cut into our walls, replace ALL flooring in our house, & other repairs. It seemed extreme for a little shower water. They were VERY pushy about having us call our ins company & file a claim. Stood there while I called. They had me sign an iPad & told me I was signing that we were calling ins. I notice they were tapping all over, appearing to be signing a significant amount of documents for me, never once informing me of what. Hours later, 2 guys show up to drop off dehumidifiers. My MIL was babysitting our infant & was told to sign a doc stating they were leaving the machines. Thinking the amount of repairs quoted was extreme, we had a 2nd opinion, which was determined there was no water damage to walls, any of the ******* **** was not sewage that backed up. Decided to close out the claim with our ins, sanitize the ******* & be done with it. Days later we get a letter from our ins stating we approved payment from our ins company to be sent directly to Roto Rooters account for $2,257. We were not informed we signed such a thing. The claim had been closed out as no work had actually been done, so the money was denied. Then we get a **** directly from RR stating we owe them the money. Billed us for wall repair, full flooring replacement, 2 hours of work (they were here 30 mins), equipment rental (valid), antimicrobial spray for bathrooms (valid, but not necessary), & an after hours charge for 2 hours for picking up the equipment at 12pm on a Monday, another 15 mins. I told them my husband had moved the equipment to garage. They had things loaded in mins. We are now faced with this battle and cant get our baby his blood work.
