I hired a plumber named ****** through AAA Auger Plumbing Service to fix my shower handle that was dangling, he was supposed to replace the cartridge which could fix the handle and the water leaking. AAA Auger charged me $534.38 claiming that they brought a new cartridge and replaced it, and it didn't solve the issue, and they would have to tear down the wall and replace the entire shower plumbing behind the wall, and they were quoting me 2K just for that, and to repair that wall would be separate task for me. I asked them to give me my money back and they declined. I called ****** Brothers Plumbing on the same day to investigate it and repair it. They came and fixed it. So I have the report from ****** Brothers that shows AAA Auger was playing a shady game with me so that they can charge me 2K more. I called their manager ******* and she kept declining to send some other plumber over to investigate or fix it. So I asked ****** Brothers to fix it. It's about how they are trying to be shady and rip people off by causing more damage. So I wanted to report it, and I already filed a dispute through my CC to get my money back.
